Vodafone New Zealand “improves” roaming fees – and the lack of competition

Just the other day, I’ve received a SMS from Vodafone NZ asking me to ring 495 to learn about the new, streamlined and improved roaming charges. Interesting enough they’re notifying their customers by SMS, but that’s a different story.

C64 OS X: Frodo is the way to go

Problem solved: Frodo. Freeware and works fine!

Not sure how I exactly found it the other day, but somehow I’ve ended up looking for one of my all time favourite computer games: M.U.L.E. I was thrilled to find that there is a page named World of M.U.L.E. – but even better – you can play M.U.L.E. online on with 4 players via [...]

Follow The Great Whale Trail

My political message of the day is to mention Greenpeace’s Great Whale Trail. They’ve tagged humpback whales in New Caledonia and the Cook Islands and you can trace their movements on Google Maps. Obviously this campaign has a political motivation as well – to fight whaling!

Chipwits is back: in Adobe AIR

Just came across that by accident – the classic game Chipwits is back. And even better – it’s done in AIR! Sweet, check it out!
