CFUNITED 2005 is over. I spent this last day in a very good session on FarCry, presented by Steve Rittler and the already mentioned sessions on Event Gateways. Now I’m sitting in the wrap-up session and the conference is nearly finished.
I took the chance to speak with a bunch of people today and even managed to solve a support issue of one of my customers by having an immediate support session with one member of the CF development team (kudos to Tom for pointing me in that direction)
With that no one should ever again come along and tell me “why are you always travelling to conferences…?”… 😉
I’ll post a detailled description of the issue and a possible solution later tonight or tomorrow because this was about an error one might not see that often in the logs and so it might be interesting for a broader audience.
As a conclusion: CFUNITED was a great conference, and if you’re looking for a conference purely dedicated to CF, nothing else but CF and CF, this one seems to be the one to go for the next year.
Looking forward to my next trips, seeing you at MAX 2005 and later at MXDU 2006 – and with this said I hope Geoff and Julie are going to to it again…
