This was pretty interesting, Sean Corfield invited to attend a birds of a feather session on Java and CF integration and a bunch of people showed up to share their experiences.
It’s amazing what some people are doing with CF and Java, from decompiling the CF core classes to find issues up to complex cluster setups [...]

Ever asked yourself what might be potential security hazards for your Rich Internet Apps? I’ve been to a pretty good session about that topic.
Themes covered were:
- The FP security model and permissions
- Sandboxing and default permissions
- Local and remote concepts
- mms.cfg
- Application of the theory in the real world (client and server)
- SSL and stuff [...]

This session seems to be very interesting. David showed some performance tests with Flex 1.5 and FP 7 vs. Flex 2.0 alpha and FP 8.5 and the speed is dramatically increased.
