Total Training is an online training company delivering web-based training for various products. They’re pretty active and engaged providing content for Adobe technologies and as such as well for Flex 2.
Now Total Training has come up with an offer of getting 30 days of free training on Flex 2. They provide 2 different courses:

I’ve had a closer look at the first one and it’s really a great way to get up to speed with Flex. I assume the second one is guided by the Adobe curriculum class Programming the Visual Experience (which I’ve been teaching a few times) – so expect great material from this one as well.
