Kay Smoljak, world-known CF- and web standards activist has started blogging about ColdFusion on sitepoint.com. I’m very happy about that because Kay is a very respected, honest, intelligent and straight-forward geek friend of mine (D*** it, I should have opted for the Cyndi Lauper concert – someone wants to sponsor my flight?) – and I’m convinced that her new blog (besides the other blogs she’s currently running) will have a positive impact on the perception of ColdFusion in the world out there. Well done, mate 🙂
Her current post is about the costs of CF and why it’s worth to buy CF (from her point of view). It has created the expected outrage/trolls/comments, but the post has a few very good points.
That is awesome.
I get Site Point emails all the time and like reading some of their material.
I’m glad a good voice is there to represent CF.
😉
