We just arrived back from Daemons Speakers&Friends BBQ. It’s 2:20 am, I’m bloody tired and we’ve got a plane to catch heading to Christchurch on 9:50 am. This said, this is going to become a short one š
The annual BBQ was awesome, like always. This became one of the major MXDU events obviously as there seem to be a bunch of people (like ourselves) who planned their travel according to this BBQ over at the Daemon HQ in Elizabeth Bay. Thanks a lot for that guys!
To close this set of entries related to MXDU 2005: A big thanks to Geoff and Julie for doing this conference again in 2005. It’s hard to describe all the reasons why it’s worth to come down here regardless where you are located in the world. Maybe it’s because of the topics, maybe because of how Daemon runs this conference, maybe because of how great all the Australian and Kiwi folks are or maybe because of a combination of all and much more! Give it a try for 2006, you’d love it! That’s a promise, mates š
Yep I have just woken up after my flight home. It was a wonderfull event and I recomend anyone in our field to go participate. Especially if you can get the boss to pay ;o)
