Railo Express Tomcat for OS X

by kai on 20/04/2013

And here we go. If you want to play with and try out my unofficial Railo Express Tomcat for OS X, you can get started by just visiting the wiki page for it.

On there, I’ve provided some (hopefully useful) instructions on what to do after the download – please note that the screenshots show the wrong URL (it’s a Railo 3 installation running on port 8888 :-).

The current version of the bundle is based on Tomcat 7.0.39 and Railo 4.0.4.001 [Download Railo Express Tomcat OS X from Mega]

Thanks for your help with this Kai.

I got things working with this, and figured out more details deep url patterns and setting up more vhosts (for dummies like me who haven’t worked with Tomcat before)

I’ll try and write this up and some point soon, and post a link to it here… for those others who are not familiar with terminal, mac osx, tomcat etc.
