Architecting ColdFusion applications

by kai on 16/06/2004

I just started a new category. It’s called “Agent K on Architecture”. The idea is to provide information on stuff like frameworks, patterns and how to build well architectured ColdFusion / Flash / Flex apps.

The reason to start that is that I spoke to a lot of people and customers during the last two years and found that there is a huge lack of understanding how to architect a web application well. Or to be precise: a lot of people just start coding and don’t plan in depth when and why to do a certain step in their development cycle and even how to build a huge app at all.

To change that a bit and to give you some ideas how to approach a better architecture for your CF apps (in the first step), watch out the new category.
