thanks for the slides. It’s nice to look over it again. The tip you gave us on using Jrun metrics has been coming in very handy.
Also, you would be happy to know that we’ve resolved the clustering issue that I showed you. The solution eventually came through explicitly listing the jrun hosts for the cluster in the unicastPeer attribute in the jrun.xml file and deactivating jrunx.cluster.ClusterDeployerService .. Our servers have 2 nics each, one for web traffic and one for jrun session replication. Somehow jrun was getting confused about which nic to use for all the clustering communication.
