Plenty of CF jobs in Auckland

by kai on 24/03/2008

Currently it appears is a lot of ColdFusion work available up in Auckland. A friend of mine, Liam Donaldson, is looking for a developer to work on his site which has just recently been acquired by the AA – The job ad is stiill online. Liam is a great guy to work with, if you’re in Auckland and looking for a new CF challenge, I’d strongly recommend to have a chat to him.

Also, the guys from Gruden are looking for a senior CF developer in Auckland. Job description and contact info are available on the cfjobs-nz google group, have a look.

Ah, one of those Aussie/Kiwi terms. just looed it up in the dictionary: “A small weekend or vacation house or shack.”

Maybe your friend should add that to his site or something (as a subscript of his logo). The first impression (as a being a non-local to the area) I had, was: “Thats a dumb mistake to make, if these guys can’t spell…”.

Is a “bach” supposed to be a “beach” or something?

Nope, actually a “bach” is some sort of a Kiwi-ana beach house/hut.
